Systemic Challenge Framing in Madrid!

As part of our HUMANTIFIC Complexity Navigation Program, we taught SYSTEMIC CHALLENGE FRAMING in Madrid with LA NAVE NODRIZA. Participants dove into a powerful approach for making sense of complex challenges—and framing them with clarity and intention.

We worked through understanding real-world situations, mapping out the system universe behind them, and practicing open challenge mapping to envision situations from unique angles.

It was great to see everyone not just learn the tools, but apply them on their own work challenges—with great focus and and open learner's mind.
