Striving to Become a Heavy Lifting Systemic Challenge Framer?
With the Ai avanlanche impacting many innovation related activities and skills, we are delighted to see effective strategic challenge framing being recognized as increasingly important in all kinds of innovation, transformation leadership contexts.
Long a core skill in the Humantific Complexity Navigation Program we decided to offer a series of public workshops, to be located in various cities around the world where friends of Humantific are generously offering up physical workshop space.
This is upstream discipline-agnostic framing not downstream discipline-based framing (see below). It is most suited to organizational and societal change contexts where what the challenges actually are cannot be assumed at the outset. For many who learn the skill it becomes among the most strategically useful skill in the Complexity Navigators, ChangeMaking toolbox.
