New CoCreation Leadership Lab
This week we had the great pleasure of launching a new leadership lab with Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, focused on entrepreneur support in the Kansas City region.
Our Humantific role is to provide the innovation/cocreation skill building program for this exciting new, ongoing initiative. Participating were multiple groups that provide important support for entrepreneurs in their communities.
The initial launch session was two days of participant skill-building and applying the new skills to diverse real world challenges facing their organizations and communities.
For us it is a great combination of teaching participatory cocreation, team dynamics coaching, modeling new skills mastery, complex facilitation, teaching visual sensemaking and the tackling of a diversity of complex challenges.
Big thanks the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation for inviting us to partner with them on this ongoing initiative. We look forward to Session #2 in November.
