ELIZABETH PASTOR in International Women's Day Leadership Panel

Humantific CoFounder Elizabeth Pastor participated in the International Women's Day Leadership Panel on March 9th, hosted by Instituto de Empresa NYC and the Spanish Women's Society: ​Three women, three paths: leadership without borders.

The panel featured Elizabeth Pastor, Andrea Garcia Castelao, and Sandra Comas, which was moderated by Claudia Marmolejo, who shared their unique journeys across entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, and academia, respectively.

The panelists reflected and built upon their experiences on their paths to leadership, the challenges women face in advancing professionally, the role of mentorship, and how they balance career and personal life. Elizabeth enjoyed bringing her personal innovation entrepeneurship experience and hearing from many other professionals in the audience.
