We liked this diagram, a version of which appears in Heather's book, earlier seen in Pricewater House Coopers Annual CEO survey.
Heather's new book clearly points to (mindshift) the need for adaptation capacity, a little less clear on how to actually build the (skillshift) capacity. Both are needed.
