PUBLIC WORKSHOPS 2026
Welcome back Humantific Journal readers: With awareness continuing to rise regarding the importance of thinking in systems, moving away from old school one-off challenge framing, towards framing challenges in interconnected constellations, we will be offering/conducting several public Systemic Challenge Framing workshops this year.
This is a skill and a capacity geared to complex organizational and societal contexts where what the challenges/opportunities actually are cannot be presumed at the outset and need to be uncovered, discovered, coarticulated.
Systemic Challenge Framing is a strategic sensemaking skill applicable to all organizational and societal contexts (not something that lone-wolf Ai can do).
EMBRACING UNCERTAINTY CONTEXT
It’s true that the road ahead is uncertain. Since this bumpy time is not our first rodeo through turbulence we can share that such cycles are often good moments to regroup, rally around values, purpose and pivots while forging ahead rather than losing momentum by freezing in "paralysis".
The mastery of Systemic Challenge Framing is key to how best to operationalize proactive adaptabilty and ambidextrous transformation in the face of VUCA. Grounded in real-world practice this becomes a core strategic leadership skill.
Does it make you the smartest person in the room? Open framing-wise yes it does. This is a powerful skill that transports you outside and upstream from the confines of product, service and experience assumptions.
