Introducing VisBits!

The Humantific | UnderstandingLab team is introducing a new weekly feature on our blog called VisBits — concise, bite-size infographics and concept models highlighting astonishing facts about the U.S.

Why VisBits, you ask? With growing interest in the state of affairs in the United States from a data analysis perspective, news media and blogs have become saturated with complex and often hard-to-understand visualizations. Sometimes, the message or story is buried in the display, making it difficult to extract meaning.

Our VisBits are meant to be crisp visual snapshots of key issues facing Americans, from health care to finance, education to the environment. By focusing on one fact per VisBit, we hope to amplify the message without all the extra noise.

We’d love to hear your feedback!
