
Wells Fargo in San Francisco recently partnered with Humantific to create an envisioning experience for hundreds of stakeholders to proactively explore possible future customer experience scenarios. Combining Visual SenseMaking and Strategic CoCreation, Humantific worked closely with the Wells Fargo team to create the workshop system. Utilizing forward looking human-centered research as a foundation, the purpose of the workshop series is to proactively envision possible customer experiences, products and services in the financial services industry of the future. The outcomes of the multiple sessions will inform future strategies and customer oriented value creation at Wells Fargo.
